Notes to Self

Just found this note to myself:

"Start a small town hippie inspired submarine sandwich shop and turn it into a corporate chain empire. Sell it off and retire to the Maldives, buy my own island like Johnny Depp."

I don't think this is a bad note to self, do you?

Eddie Murphy says he's thinking about returning to stand-up: "Within the last six months or so, I started getting an itch to do it again. I started writing stuff... I was like, 'I could go and do 15, 20 minutes right now. Maybe in a couple of months I'll start working out again.' But it'll take a year before I'm ready to go on the road... It's gonna take at least a year to get the rust off; 20 years of rust."

This could be really good or really bad. I'm hoping of course for the former. Mr. Murphy, please put the fat suit down, and slowly back away. Thanks. Step in to this stand-up spotlight and give it a go.

Nothing much new to report...well maybe. I guess since I last blogged I finally got a job in LA, I finally MOVED to LA, and life in general has changed a lot.
